Harris & MacNeil, LLP is a judgment enforcement company licensed with Arizona Department of Financial Institutions, aka Arizona Banking Department. We are licensed, bonded and registered in the State of Arizona. Our firm pursues both consumer and commercial judgments. We do not attempt to collect any debt which has not been reduced to a court ordered judgment.
We are dedicated to the enforcement of judicial judgments and enforce and execute upon your judgments. We advance all costs and expenses incurred in locating the judgment debtor and enforcing the judgment by attaching assets (wages, bank accounts, real property, etc.). We make our money only from the judgment debtor, at no direct cost to you.
Our company’s philosophy is to treat your business as if it were our own. Our staff of seasoned professionals are ethical and follow all state and federal laws. We are committed to recovering your outstanding judgments quickly, efficiently and amicably.
We do whatever is necessary to enforce the judgment that you were awarded in court. We are compensated only if we are successful, and there is absolutely no cost to you!!!
