Our fee structure is based on a 50-50 split of the judgment. We pay all of the costs of enforcement, and there is no cost or fees to you even if the judgment is uncollected, no matter what amount of money we have expended. Additionally, we make sure all the accrued interest is added to the judgment until the judgment has been paid in full.
As the judgment amount is collected the disbursement continues on a monthly basis, at a 50-50 split until paid in full. A full accounting is provided with the final payment.
SETTLEMENTS
Settlements are accepted only with your authorization. All funds recovered by us are placed in a trust account, and disbursement will be for the full amount less our fee previously agreed upon percentage.
